Gerald Zarr is an American writer and consultant on international development. He was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, and graduated from Clark University with high honors in international relations. He earned his JD at New York University School of Law. He then practiced law with the international law firm of Shearman & Sterling, and taught law in Liberia and at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. As a senior diplomat in the US Foreign Service, he lived in Pakistan, Tunisia, Ghana, Egypt, Haiti, and Bulgaria for more than twenty years. This condensed version of 452 pages is a very very interesting story from the Urantia book of 2,097 pages. But it brings out the story so much better than the King James version of the story ... but the stories speak so much better and "feels" a lot more Life like. I'm pretty sure its not for fundamentalist Christians ... but if you can just free up preconceived notions and just follow the story, if only for the story of Jesus it just might leave you with a ah-ha moment. It is a very good and positive story/history of events that effect us all in the end ... what is possible to happen after our Life ends. The whole story is much more than just about Jesus. All of my waking Life I've heard and read the story of events that happen in the Bible, but I was always left with more questions than I ever got answers to ... it seemed absolutely cryptic and plagued with abysmal misunderstanding issues. And to add to the problems with the King James version, it seems pretty spooky and down right negative. Enter then but by sheer dumb luck the Urantia ... which is a long story in itself with a lot of detail ... 2097 pages ! Then all of a sudden "The Urantia Revelation" fell my way. It just cuts to the chase and arrives by the end with a very believable ... some may say fiction ... history of how the earth became what it is and how the peoples of the Earth ( Urantia ) came about. It fills in a lot of gaps that are in the Bible. I find it far more reliable and by far and away more positive as a Life enhancement. As weird as Life can be and in some regards unbelievable, it should not stop one from asking questions and looking for answers to questions never answered. Life is so very short ... by the time one begins to figure it out its time to transition from this Life to what ever ... if anything ... is next. I found a ( one of many ) nugget from the Urantia to leave you with : " Evil is dependent on a deficiency of wisdom." But wisdom can often be found in the most unlikely places ... all of the books above are tools towards knowledge but one must take the time to first look.

"Incredible, Awesome, and Stupendous" come to mind in trying to describe my reaction to this great book.Without adding to, or subtracting from the Cosmology, Theology and History revealed in the Urantia Book - and (perhaps more importantly) without "dumbing it down" the author has made the dense material contained in the Urantia Book eminently accessible.I cofidentially recommend this book for all potential, new, and experienced Urantia Book readers.Kudos to the author!

The beginning is hard to follow but when the book starts into the chapters it’s good, the narrator is a little monatone at times but it’s good as far as I’ve gotten in the book!

As a Catholic, I found parts of this book revelatory. But the many pages that describe the history of Jesus seem to me quite protestant in viewpoint. For instance, there’s hardly a mention of the mother of Jesus, as if to say she was insignificant. Also, no mention of the Eucharist, and yet the apostles and early church recognized “the body and blood of Christ.” I recommend this book to anyone seeking the truth but rest assured, it is not THE BOOK, because there is no THE BOOK.

If you are buying this DON'T purchase the holiday ornament CD, as those are also on this CD. (When I say holiday, I specifically mean Christmas, not Halloween, I don't believe there was a special Halloween issue before 2010.) Anyway, I have had a subscription to this on and off, I really prefer this, as opposed to saving back issues for something I may or may not do. There is a search feature as well, if you are looking for a specific designer. Many popular designers have been featured in this magazine, along with a chart. Plus, my tastes have changed over the Yeats, and this is a great collection of charts at a decent price!

This is a gift for my mom. Other than a shipping issue that was Amazon's fault. My mother loves it. She lives in two different states, depending on the time of year, and has 20 years of this magazine in boxes. Now, she can donate a decade of magazines to some thrift shop AND she can take the patterns and everything with her back and forth without taking up much room. It's almost like having your cake and eating it too.

These issues show how "Just Cross Stitch" advanced over the years. They have more embroidery, hardanger, and tapestry patterns implemented in these issues. There is a beautiful pattern of a Horse and Trains. Numerous patterns of Lighthouses of various regions . . .just beautiful! Well worth the buy. If you love those Donna Vermillion Giampa pillows? This is a great purchase for you.

So glad I got this. It is a great way to keep my magazines together without taking up all the room.

These stickers are not worth the money. The adhesive is so weak that I couldn't get them to stick on to any surface. I tried putting them on the inside of the travel journal and after one day the edges on some of them were lifting by themselves. You get four pages of about 10-16 stickers. They are very small, which isn't necessarily bad but they have a white border whereas other stickers I've bought, such as the Cavallini stickers, are cut without a border. This might not be an issue for some but if you're trying to create a collage that overlaps then the stark white is disruptive. The only good but ultimately useless thing about these stickers is that you don't get any repeated ones. Again, useless, since you can't really use them without going throu the (messy) trouble of adding your own glue.

I'm very pleased with these luggage labels! The colors are vibrant, and the glossy paper is of good quality. Having read the multiple negative reviews about poor adhesive, I offer this suggestion: Scan each label separately and print out as needed, then add your own adhesive. (I bought these primarily for scrapbooking projects). If you scan these at high resolution and use quality paper to print them, you should be able to replicate the lovely colors--not to mention being able to scale them to your desired size. I think these labels are beautiful and quite a bargain!

Small (largest is 1/2" x 2-1/2") and will not adhere to clean plastic surfaces. Worthless for anything except children's games.

Not what I expected. A book with precut labels/pictures of vintage hotels and well known destinations of yesteryear. Hardly a representation of vintage luggage labels. It for the scrapbooker or youngersters.

Labels are very small, at most they are 1/4 the actual size, some are much less, maybe 1/10th scale. They may be suitable for decorating envelopes or cards but I wanted them to decorate actual luggage. Would have been nice if the write up indicated that they were scaled down.

They're really cool stickers but most of them came off after one use. I would've thought the glue would be stronger. Maybe they're not meant to be used on luggage that's handled roughly. They look great but wish they would stay on longer.

Used these to put on an old trunk we put on wheels and use as a side table. Just what I wanted. Colorful with a real vintage look!

These are really small and they will fall off after a day or 2 of having been glued on to any vintage luggage you have. Not worth the money.

I bought the guide hoping it would describe different types of Javelin builds and show me the locations of the collectibles. Much like the Dragon Age and Mass Effect strategy guides did. But this book has neither. It's predominately just screenshots of the story. There were a few other disappointing / missing non-entries that I'm not even going to bother writing about. Don't spend your money.

This guide is so bad it gives guides a bad name. NOT ACCURATE, MAPS DONT MAKE SENSE.Story line spoilers is the only good thing this guide does.Try make sense of maps, you will see that the maps dont make any sense.Masterworks and Legendaries are not even mentioned.Only mention of masterworks in the challenges section.My God, Prima should reimburse me for this piece of trash. Reading it doesn't give you any insight, plus maps and locations of items or collectibles is totally wrong.Nail on the coffin, to be able to read the challenges section you need a magnifying glass or take a picture with your phone and amplify it.

As pointless as the broken game. Stay away. Bad devs, bad pub, bad troll game that punishes intelligent players! Digital trash
