This is another keeper from Amy Ruttan her stories always pull at my heartstrings with lots of emotion from characters that are real, this time we are in Greece, one of my favourite parts of the world to visit and we meet Dr Naomi Hudson and Dr Christos Moustakas and journey with them for a second chance at love, family and happiness.Naomi has taken a new position at the clinic on the island of Mythelios in Greece to help out after an earthquake there, never realizing that she will be working with her ex Christos, the man who never wanted a family and left her heartbroken and now to find out that he is a single father. She has something that she needs to tell him, but what will happen when she tells him? Will they find love again?Chris is shocked to see Naomi at the clinic, he left her years ago never wanting to settle down, but her has never forgotten her either he turned into a major playboy living the high life and doing well as one of the best neurologists, but life changed for him when one of his partners left him with a baby a son he loves and will do anything for, but can he and Naomi move forward and reunite, one date might be all it takes to bring them back together.I loved this story, heart- warming, moving, sensual and so darn good, Chris had scars from his childhood that he needed to come to terms with and Naomi what a heroine, caring, loving and gorgeous and they make the best couple, I loved my trip back to Mythelios getting to know Chris and Naomi and catching up with the other Doctors and their partners this was a fabulous book and fabulous series thank you MS Ruttan you left me feeling very happy.

I've enjoyed the entire series, but I think Chris and Naomi's story touched me most of all. They were both kind-hearted people. so it was really easy to hope they could find their way through the past and work towards that new found forever!Years ago, Naomi Hudson and Christos Moustakas were a couple. She was all in and assumed they would be sharing the rest of their lives together, but Chris carried scars from a rough childhood around like a load on his back, and didn't think he'd ever be in a mindset to give her the life that she deserved, so he set her free and went on with his life separately.After stepping up to help on the Greek island of Mythelios, they are reunited by working in the clinic together. The man who said he never wanted a wife or family is now a single father to an infant, and the woman who wanted a family with all of her being is alone in life. Three years ago, Christos made the worst mistake of his life pushing Naomi away. They each tried to move on by advancing their careers until a one night stand makes Christos a father. The references to places in Greece swept me away and the medical dramas were fascinating. I loved this story!

Christos has a son but there appears to be no mother for the boy. All Naomi's feelings of loss and hurt surface. Can they sort out what happened in the past.A good story of love and giving it a second chance.
A lovely second chance at love story between Dr. Christos Moustakas and Dr. Naomi Hudson. Maybe she loved him too much, maybe his past kept him from allowing him to love, whatever the reason Christos ends their relationship and deeply hurts Naomi. When they unfortunately meet again they both have jobs in a hospital in Greece. Naomi cannot forgive as she found out she was pregnant with his child after he left, unable to get in touch with him. When she sees he has a son all the pain of losing her baby comes to the surface. Even knowing the fact that he is not with the mother of his child doesn't make it easy for her. Working together her feelings for him overwhelm her, can they have a future. A story with just the right amount of medical and a wonderful HEA.
